As the Managing Director of Twitter LATAM and Canada, Melissa leads a team
of regional leaders focused on expanding advertising revenue, driving innovation, and building Twitter’s brand.
Melissa joined Twitter when it began building out its Revenue team in 2012 and has held multiple roles since then. Most recently she was the Head of Global Brands, running the team that oversees Twitter’s global advertising partnerships, or key accounts. Prior to this role, Melissa led Global Brand Advocacy at Twitter, which focused on market development, creating understanding of Twitter and building relationships with C-level executives.
Before joining Twitter, Melissa spent 11 years in the agency business, with her last role as senior vice president at Fleishman-Hillard, leading its New York consumer digital team.

Jaleh is co-founder and CEO of NakedPoppy, a seed-stage startup. She has 30 years of marketing experience, with a history of growing small companies into vibrant brands. She formerly served as CMO / VP Marketing at Amazon, OpenTable, Upwork and Eventbrite.
She speaks and writes on topics of concern to working women. Her writing has appeared in a variety of outlets, including The Huffington Post, Women 2.0, the UK Guardian, The Next Women and VentureBeat.

From 2003-2009, she was President of APAC and LATAM at Google building the region into a multi-billion business spanning 18 offices & 103 countries. Prior to that, she served as Founder & SVP of Business Development of Yodlee, as an early employee at Amazon.com, and as an Analyst with Merrill Lynch and British Sky Broadcasting.
She is currently on Ericcsson, TripAdvisor, and URBN boards. She previously served on the board of J. Crew Group Inc and as an advisor to Twitter. Past board work includes: Stitchfix, J. Hilburn, Princeton University’s Computer Science Advisory Council, and Jobtrain.

Marten Mickos is the CEO of HackerOne, the leading provider world-wide of hacker-powered security.
Previously Marten was the CEO of Eucalyptus Systems, acquired by Hewlett-Packard where he served as head of the cloud business. Earlier in his career, he was the CEO of MySQL AB from 2001 to 2008.
As CEO he was also a board member of MySQL AB 2003-2008, at Eucalyptus 2010-2014 and now at HackerOne since 2015. In addition, Marten was on the board of Nokia from 2012 to 2015, RightScale 2009-2010, Electrosonic Corporation 2010-2012. He is also on the board of the Node.JS Foundation and was previously on the board of Mozilla Messaging.
He is a vocal proponent of diversity and inclusion, taking action by mentoring female executives, investing in female-founded startups, and is an active member of theBoardlist.

Caroline is CEO of Compute Software, an enterprise cloud infrastructure software startup. Prior to Compute Software, Caroline was Vice President and General Manager of Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2013 to 2016.
She previously held product leadership positions at Yahoo! across the e-commerce, search, and advertising businesses. Before Yahoo!, she spent three years at IBM Global Services as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain and CRM.
